每個人都是把別人的過錯放大，卻把自己的錯縮小，眼裡容不下別人。
Everybody focus others' wrong and faults too big but overlook themselves'. Nothing can be stayed in their own eyes.

人與人之間，最重要的是互相信賴，互相包容，才能發揮出團體的互動精神，才能貢獻出更加有質素的服務予別人。否則沉匿於個人主義太深，眼裡容不下別人的好與壞，最後都是自招惡果的多。
It's very important to trust and receive others. This is very important within team members and thus provide quality services.
