Complaints (2): Public Edcuation

'I forgot to bring my glasses, can I borrow yours?'

'Sorry, this is my own property. I can't.'

'Excuse me, in our Taiwan, and South Korea, there are glasses provided on the counter of banks and malls for the public. Why you, your government cannot provide this services for the public?'

'Sir, in front of us, this penglass, we always put it full for the public in the morning and find it emply in the afternoon. As you know, it's very cheap and we can get it as a gift as we are shopping in the malls or just need to buy somethings in the supermarket and then we can have one. If we put some glasses on our service counter, I can tell you that, the same thing will be happened too: all glasses will be taken away.'

'In fact, I can't understand those coming to this office: they all prepared to come and fill the application forms. Why they all do not bring their own pens but have to borrow the pens from others?'

'Yeah. Whoever they are educated or not, they all have not any pens on their pocket!'
