年青人，太早學會了過份的圓滑，油腔滑調而又不得其真味，不一定是好事。也防礙了交朋接友的圈子，無法在年青時候在社會上打開個人的人際網絡。

當然辦公室內各人都有不同的性格，但是在一個根本不必浪費人力物力的環境，就該以誠相待，為日後的競技場奠定基礎和樹立良好的人際關係才是要學習的地方。
