講大話的本領 The skill of speak to cover the false!

把是說成非,把非說成是,幾乎是所有任職公共服務的人都要學會的本領。到底什麼是真,什麼是假?又有醫療失誤事故發生了,早聽說過醫管局是沒有投訴機制的,這次若不是鬧大了,平民百姓根本沒有公道可言。

Almost everybody worked in the public services have the skill to speak something wrong to be true, and speak something right to be wrong. In fact, what's the truth? What's the false? One more medical fault happened again. I have heard that, there are no complaint success in the Hong Kong Hospital Authority. If it is not open to the public and handled by the District Officer, nothing cannot be done to the common people.
